Wolf and Sheep

TWIMCT,
his is one. I don’t expect an audience. Today is rent day. I have the exact amount and that’s it. Jobs that don’t pay for jury duty suck. Jobs that demote their employees by removing overtime that we all count on,  just before the holidays suck.You see I work for a creature that still refers to woman as “honey” or “sweetie”. He makes psychical threats to the employees. For the most part, I try and let it go. I need the money and currently my other employment options are quite the commute.This “beings” idiosyncrasies  don’t stop there. 
His story is like this. Got a big settlement from a workers comp accident. Then, he decides to purchase a franchise. Thinking it would be easy to just drop cash for the store, setup shop and then proceed to relax with a lemonade on the beach. WRONG.  
We are in an industry that involves multiple variables, precision and where experience separates the successful from the failures. As a small business owner in the US, one has to work three times as hard as a person that is just “employed”.
Well, we have been open less then six months and instead of learning the trade, doing sales and marketing, this dude sits in front of a computer for eight hours talking to his friends on the phone and surfing the web. Paying me to sit on my ass surfing the net. Keep in mind me and my co-worker have many years  of experience and have tried to teach him how to survive to no avail.
He has gone belly-up. All of the start up capitol is gone. We are running on fumes. The phone doesn’t ring and there only thing I hear at work for eight consecutive hours is a man talking to himself and cursing under his breath.  What a fucking waste.
If I had an opportunity to open a business I would live and die to make it successful. The worst part about the situation is he will not take responsibility for his failures. Continuing on a daily basis to blame his MULTIPLE failures on the company, the employees or even the non-existent-customers. 
One day he mentioned he was big on anti-racism. The next week he made one of the most vicious racial slurs I have ever heard.
A man with no integrity is not a man all. He is just another parasite.Stand behind your word. Take responsibility for your mistakes. Be honest and take care of your family and friends.Until next time.- Bones
